When and where does the ATCA Global Conference & Expo take place?

*NOTE: This is a new meeting pattern for ATCA Global.  The conference will begin on a Wednesday and end on Friday.

Are there special registration fees for the Congressional, FAA, US Government or the military to attend?

Please visit our ATCA Global Registration site for Registration rate details.

NOTE: To qualify for Congressional, FAA, US Government or military discounted registration, you must be a government employee (this does not include government contractors employed by the government or the military).  You must have a ".gov" or ".mil" email extension to qualify. 


What are the current registration hours?

You must register via the registration website prior to arriving at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center.  Registration for the Conference and Expo website is available 24/7.

 - Wednesday, November 1 - 8:30 AM - 6:30 PM

 - Thursday, November 2 - 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

 - Friday, November 3 - 8:30 AM - 1:00 PM

When will registration open?
ATCA Global registration will open in late March.
When does online registration close?

Online registration is open 24/7 before and remains open during the ATCA Global Conference and Expo.

Rates for the Conference & Expo increase gradually as the event date gets closer. The earlier you register, the lower the cost!

Am I required to be an ATCA member to attend the Conference, Expo, or any special events?

No, you do not have to be an ATCA Member to participate. Registration is open to anyone wishing to attend. If you are not an ATCA member, choose the appropriate non-member category when registering.

ATCA Members receive benefits, including reduced rates, for all ATCA Events. Consider becoming an ATCA Member to take advantage of the Member discounts.  Visit the ATCA Membership portal.

Where can I find information if I am receiving an ATCA Award?
For the ATCA Awards Program, please email Glenn Cudaback, Membership Manager, or call directly at 703.299.2430 x302. 

What if I need to cancel my registration?

Cancellations are accepted before the registration cancellation date, less15% for a cancellation fee. 

No refunds will be given for cancellations received AFTER the cancellation date. 

Cancellations must be made in writing to registration@atca.org. Substitutions of equal ATCA memberships may be made at any time for conference registrations.

All refunds will be processed after the event. Government participants with duty-related cancellations are exempt and will not be charged a cancellation fee.

Are there Exhibits at the ATCA Global Conference?

Yes, there are Exhibits at the ATCA Global Conference and Expo.  Visit our exhibits page for details on Exhibiting and Sponsorship.

Can I substitute my registration/attendance for someone else’s?

Yes. Substitutions may be made, but new individuals must provide their own e-mail address, phone number, and mailing address to Registration Help Desk.

As well, should you have a member registration and it is transferred to someone who is not a member, additional costs to cover the difference in registration fees will apply.  Please contact ATCA Registration at registration@atca.org or 703-299-2430, ext. 333

What is the cost to attend ATCA Global Conference & Expo? What is included?

There are various registration options to suit your needs. For a full listing of pricing options, visit the Registration page.

Does ATCA Have a Preferred Hotel(s) and a Group Block?

Yes.  ATCA Global has contracted with the Embassy Suites DC Convention Center, 900 10th St NW, Washington, DC 20001, for a group block and the Courtyard by Marriott & Residence Inn by Marriott, Washington Downtown Convention Center, 901 L Street NW, Washington, DC 20001  

 

NOTE: Hotel rooms may go quickly due to a large Citywide (all area hotels) conference over the ATCA Global dates. We encourage you to book now.

Are there any virtual options for attending the ATCA Global Conference & Expo?

At this time, no. There are no virtual options being offered. The ATCA Global Conference is a live, in-person event only.
