Are there any virtual options for attending the ATCA Tech Symposium?
When will registration open for the 2023 Tech Symposium?
Will the Tech Symposium have a hotel with a special group rate?
Yes. ATLANTIC CITY RESORTS CASINO BOARDWALK HOTEL is the headquarters hotel for the Tech Symposium. The hotel group rate is $ 92.00 per room/per night or Atlantic City’s current Federal Government Per Diem, whichever is greater.

What are the Registration Hours?
You must register via the online form before arriving at Resorts Casino Hotel. Registration for the Conference and Expo website is available 24/7.
- Tuesday, April 25 - 7:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.
- Wednesday, April 26 - 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- Thursday, April 27 - 7:30 a.m. - Noon

Am I required to be an ATCA member to attend the Conference, Expo, or any special events?
You do not have to be an ATCA Member to participate. Registration is open to anyone wishing to attend. If you are not an ATCA member, choose the appropriate non-member category when registering.
ATCA Members receive benefits, including reduced rates, for all ATCA Events. Consider becoming an ATCA Member to take advantage of the Member discounts. Visit the ATCA Membership portal.
Will there be a Tech Center Tuesday at the Tech Symposium this year?
Yes. The FAA's Tech Center Tuesday at the William J. Hughes Technical Center is an important part of the ATCA Tech Symposium. ATCA is working with FAA officials in developing interactive events, presentations, and tours for the Tuesday event. Please check registration for options.
NOTE: You must have an official U.S. government ID to participate in any events at the William J. Hughes Technical Center.
Is there an Expo at the April ATCA Tech Symposium?
Can I substitute my attendance for someone else’s?
What happens if I need to cancel my registration?
When does online registration close?
Online registration opens in mid-February. It will remain open 24/7 before and during the ATCA Tech Symposium. Rates for the conference program gradually increase as we get closer to the event. The earlier you register, the lower the cost! Register now!
